Moffat Toffee

The Moffat Toffee old family recipe was conceived by our present owner's, Blair Blacklock’s, great-grandmother, Janet Cook Johnstone (later Mrs Blacklock), around the late 1800s.  Still today we follow great granny Blacklock’s recipe to the ounce and continue to produce over 10 tonnes of Moffat Toffee every year.
